This website, keralacardamoms.com, is run by Gilu K Lalu, trading as Kerala Cardamoms, Kochupurackal, Narianpara P.O., Nariyanpara, Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala 685511, India. FSSAI Registration No. 21326177000652. We are not currently registered for GST.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our cardamom is a natural farm product. Pods can vary slightly in size, colour and shape from batch to batch, and product photos are for illustration. Grades describe the pod size, for example 7mm Premium.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final price you pay. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. Delivery within India is free. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Using this website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Kerala Cardamoms and may not be copied without our permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Idukki, Kerala.
