Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across India. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. At the moment we do not ship outside India.

When your order leaves our farm

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Orders usually reach you within 7 days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can sometimes take a little longer. We ship with India Post, DTDC or Delhivery, choosing the best option for your PIN code. Delivery times are estimates, as the final delivery is handled by the courier.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to you by email and WhatsApp.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, please contact us and we will help arrange a re-delivery.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please see our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Shipping terms for bulk orders are agreed separately. Please contact us for a quote.
