Fresh 7mm Green Cardamom from Our Idukki Farm
Our cardamom grows in the misty hills of Kattappana, Idukki, where we have grown it since 1999. Every pod is hand-picked on our own farm and processed by us, from drying to grading and packing, with no traders in between.
Green cardamom is known as elaichi (इलायची) in Hindi and elakkai (ഏലക്ക) in Malayalam. Our 7mm Premium grade gives you bold, aromatic pods for everyday cooking and gifting.

How to use and store
Use whole pods or crushed seeds in chai, biryani, payasam and sweets. Keep them in an airtight container away from sunlight and moisture.
